Andrew Harder is a graduate student at Columbia University in New York City. His research interests include foreign policy, conflict resolution, governance and humanitarian emergencies.  Born and raised in Ottawa, Andrew obtained his Honours Bachelor of Arts with high distinction in history & political science from the University of Toronto (Trinity College) in 2005. He has lived and studied in the United Kingdom and has worked in three federal government departments, including the offices of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minsister of International Cooperation.
